Just in case you aren’t the type of person who enjoys planning travel as much as I do, or maybe you simply don’t have the time, a Travel Consultant may be a great solution.
I help clients with a wide range of travel services ranging from simple, one-off flights to comprehensive, multi-destination trips and group travel. But first, we need to get to know each other!
The following links will take you to various intake forms. These forms aim to capture your travel preferences in order to save us both a little time going back-and-forth over the phone or email.
- Client Profile: This form collects your basic contact information needed to book travel down the line. You only need to complete it once. Completing this form does not obligate you to book with me, nor does it sign you up to be spammed with marketing materials.
- Client Preferences: This form collects very specific details on your travel preferences, such as seating preferences, cabin class, preferred hotel chains, room type, dietary restrictions, etc. This form helps me tailor your travel plans to your specific needs and travel style. You only need to complete it once.
- Travel Interest: This form collects your interest in traveling to a specific place (e.g., Alaska) and/or type of travel (e.g., family reunion on a Caribbean cruise). From here, we can explore the options and start working on building out an itinerary. Feel free to complete this form for each new trip you’d like to plan!
- Booking Request: This form collects specific details for a straight-forward booking request, such as a flight, hotel, car, or package. If you already know your dates, departure/arrival airports, or even a specific cruise, you can complete the booking request for a price estimate. This form can be completed as often as needed.
- Contact: This form is just for blog feedback or other general questions if you are a DIY-er and are planning on your own. Maybe you just need a little guidance or are looking for a tour recommendation. I’m happy to help answer whatever questions you might have!
It is important to know that I do not ever collect payments or process your credit card information. Any travel that I book on your behalf will be paid for by you via a secure payment link from the merchant (e.g., the hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.) or a credit card authorization form that gives me permission to supply your payment information to the merchant.
